Conference Cow (2025) is a full-stack web application designed to simplify and centralize academic conference planning. The idea emerged from a gap in Pepperdine University’s internal tools for managing multi-day academic events. Developed under faculty mentorship, the platform streamlines tasks like speaker tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination. I served as the technical lead, overseeing front-end development and contributing to backend integration using a Supabase-based architecture. I also coordinated a small engineering team through weekly standups, version control workflows, and iterative debugging. The platform is being integrated for active use by Pepperdine faculty to manage their conference infrastructure.
